As a Product Owner, you will own the strategic direction of the user’s engagement flow. You will lead the team of engineers and designers to build products that make users love games even more.

 

- Define and execute on vision and strategy for LegionFarm’s products, as well as for broader strategic initiatives at the company aligning to company objectives as a result increase ARPU, take rate, MAU, and integrate new games to our service;

- Work with cross-functional product, engineering, design, business, and customer stakeholders to develop and drive a long-term roadmap;

- Set processes and standards that enable the team and organization to consistently deliver strong outcomes.

 

- You are passionate about games, probably you have already spent more than 1000h in multiplayer games;

- You are eager to develop your professional skills and support your teammates in this mindset; 

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager;

- 2+ years of experience in people management;

- Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and execution of world-class products, especially B2C products;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both high-level strategic discussions and low-level technical discussions;

- Strong product sense and appreciation for user experience, partnering closely with Design and Engineering;

- Ability to operate, create clarity, and deliver positive outcomes in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment.
