Improvado’s product is an Enterprise Data Platform for Marketers, Data Analysts, and Strategists that allows you to easily aggregate data from 250+ marketing platforms like Google and Facebook, into one place, transform that data into the format you need, and visualize that data in your platform of choice. We automate up to 90% of manual work related to reporting and uncover large revenue-generating opportunities for your Marketing teams that are hidden amongst the data. Improvado’s ability to process large amounts of data at high speeds enables us to help and customize solutions for Enterprise Brands more than anyone in the market. Today, some of our partners are Mattel, ATB Financial, illy Cafe, Monster Energy, L’Oreal, and HIMS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to drive pipeline growth
  • Lead a team of 2 performance marketing managers
  • Build relationships with tech vendors and stakeholders
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Design, plan and execute paid acquisition strategy
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer acquisition
  • Be responsible for CAC metric
  • Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget in a high-growth environment and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic goals
  • Implement processes to constant improvement of acquisition efficiency
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Track competitors’ activities

Requirements and skills

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Proven work experience as a marketing leader
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing and programmatic channels
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in scaling a company from $5M to $50M ARR
  • ABM experience
