We are the company QUADCODE, and we develop a SaaS trading platform for clients all over the world.

Now we are looking for a PRODUCT OWNER who will lead the BANKING area and take over the current practices and develop the area through the prism of their experience. You will work closely with the business to set a unified vector of project development, as well as work out how the product should look from the UI/UX side, set and maintain the trend of the Holding and keep the brand at the level and quality of our products.

This position is for candidates who are ready to relocate to Cyprus after a trial period.

At the very beginning you will need to form a view of our banking for personal and business accounts; make a roadmap for the area with metrics and KR and defend it to the management; form your internal development team and set up processes.

YOUR TASKS can be divided into three blocks.

You will be involved in a BANKING DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY, namely:

• Build a product vision for banking development (What are we doing, how and why? What's the emphasis on, what can we score points on?);
• Work out the company's goals in terms of banking, update the current state of the product and respond to indicators on approaching the achievement of the goals;
• Identify and update product metrics and respond to changes;
• Hold meetings to update the company's goals;
• Plan major development tasks for the quarter;
• Coordinate development resource allocations for activities.

Also in your task pool is PLANNING; you will:

• Prioritize features and coordinate with SROs/CEOs/BOs;
• Describe the features and work out their design;
• Set tasks for product analysts.

And the last block of tasks: EXECUTION AND CONTROL; here you have to:

• Participate in the hiring of developers/designers/analysts for vacant positions;
• Get involved in resolving screwups;
• Track current development progress, solve problems that arise during implementation;
• Work with product metrics;
• Participate as an expert in various business meetings.

IT WOULD BE GREAT if you had successful experience as a Product Owner, and you:

• Created cool products from scratch;
• Have a good command of analytics and business analysis;
• Have experience in managing development;
• You know how to manage teams and your time;
• Speak English (Intermediate+).
