LMS Learn and Earn model has the power to reshape the language learning industry (1.4bn people learn English), and address the key problem of online education β€” lack of motivation.

The best illustration for this motivation problem is the graph of daily retention rate. Most of the users are stop learning after 3 days even if they paid upfront. 80%+ are lost after 1st month. Can the additional financial motivation and gamification from Learn and Earn model change this picture? Let's see on results we have in LetMeSpeak app so far:

4 weeks into the learning experience, 60% of Learn & Earn students use the app daily! This compares to 12% for Prepaid Subscription learners and 3% for Free to Play ones. An average Learn & Earn user spends 53 minutes a day compared to 15 minutes for Free to Play ones.

Behind letmespeak.org is a team of 40+ people with an extensive background in EdTech, Language learning, DeFi and investment banking.

We’ve spent more than 2 years getting the product right before adding the metaverse part. We’ve helped more than 2 million people improve their English for free. On average, learners rate their experience 4.8* out of 5 in the iOS AppStore. Last month more than 700,000 people learnt English for free with LetMeSpeak. In the last 3 months users spent $20M+ on LetMeSpeak NFTs.

Our main goal for the next 3 years is to become a leading language-learning ecosystem helping 50+ million people learn a foreign language every month.

About you:

  • Experienced professional in B2C international marketing ready for new challenges on growing meaningful, innovative, high social impact product
  • Personally interested in EdTech / Language learning / Web3
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in another language is a plus
  • Results-driven, reliable, collaborative
  • Fast learner

What you will do:

  • International brand management & storytelling
  • Drive marketing communication worldwide (focus on digital marketing, Influencer marketing & PR)
  • Plan and execute KPI based Marketing strategy
  • Hire and manage the marketing team
  • Cooperate with the founders, product development and customer success teams
  • Improve the results of the registered users engagement and conversion funnels
  • Set up analytic tools and reports to make evidence-based decisions

Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years as CMO or relative position
  • Brand management and communications for international online B2C products
  • Analytic skills and mindset
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Experience in building marketing teams and processes for new products
